Thank you for booking with Maids 2 Sparkle! Please take a moment to review our service terms. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.


1. Services

1.1 We provide residential  cleaning services tailored to your needs.
1.2 Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion.
1.3 All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.


2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 Prices for services are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
2.2 All payments are processed online only. Your payment will be placed on hold 5 days before your booking and charged after the service.
2.3 We accept major credit and debit cards.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 You may cancel or reschedule a service by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2 Same-day cancellations may be charged a $75 fee.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staffing issues).


4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements at the time of booking.
4.2 Ensure access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time (someone home, key, or entry code).
4.3 For sanitary reasons, please provide your own toilet brush.
4.4 Secure or remove any valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned. We are not liable for damage to unsecured items.


5. Quotes & Adjustments

5.1 All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if the home requires extra time due to its condition.
5.2 Any adjustments will be communicated prior to final billing.


6. Photos for Safety

Our cleaners will take before and after photos of the areas cleaned. This is for safety and proof of service, so that everyone is sure the work was completed properly. Rest assured that no personal information or unrelated items will be captured.


7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 We are not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear of property or items.

  • Pre-existing damage.

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7.2 Our liability for any damages or losses is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of your service and we will make it right.

9. Our Rights and Service Policies

Maids 2 Sparkle reserves the right to enforce the following service policies to ensure fair scheduling, quality service, and respect for our team’s time.

No Refund Policy

Once a cleaning service has been completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Payment is final after service completion.

Maids 2 Sparkle does not offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on expectations, time spent, or missed requests that were not included in the original booking details.

If there are any concerns, they must be reported within 24 hours after service completion so we can review the issue.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a $475 cancellation fee.

No Show Policy
If our team arrives and is unable to access the property or the client is unavailable, it will be considered a no show and the full service amount will be charged.

Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal cleaning conditions, or if there is aggressive or inappropriate behavior.

Pricing Adjustments
Maids 2 Sparkle reserves the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the home does not match the information provided at booking.

Service Time Limits
Each booking is scheduled for a specific time frame. Additional tasks requested on the spot may require extra charges or rescheduling.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Maids 2 Sparkle. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.


12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
